All pricing listed is a base rate and a starting point for our conversation. Final investment is shaped by the size of the space, the scope of the project, intended usage, and any specific requests you may have. How do I book a session?
Reach out to me directly through the contact page and tell me a little about what you're looking for. Once we've connected, discussed your vision and come up with a plan, we will confirm the details. After that, I'll send over a booking agreement and an invoice for a 50% deposit to secure your date. From there, we'll take care of the rest together before your session day arrives.
How long does the entire process take?
It depends on the type of session. For lifestyle and portrait work, your edited gallery is typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Most commercial sessions are delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Weddings and full brand packages take a little longer, usually 2 to 4 weeks, to make sure everything is done with care.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date. This ensures your session is held exclusively for you and allows us both to plan with confidence. The remaining balance is due before or on your session day. Deposit amounts and payment details are outlined in your booking agreement.
Do you travel outside of the Okanagan?
The Okanagan is home base, but I am happy to travel for the right project. Travel outside the region is quoted based on distance and may include a travel fee. If you're planning something outside the valley, reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense.
Can I make specific requests or bring a shot list?
Absolutely, and I encourage it. Knowing what matters to you helps me show up prepared. That said, my approach is relaxed and responsive rather than checklist driven, so I'll use your requests as a guide while staying open to the moments that happen naturally in between. The best images are usually the ones nobody planned for.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Life happens and I understand that, it happens to me too. If you need to reschedule, I ask for at least 72 hours notice and your deposit will transfer to your new date. For cancellations, deposits are non-refundable as they secure your time and date exclusively. For weddings and larger events, additional terms are outlined in your booking agreement. If something unexpected comes up, please reach out as early as possible and we'll work through it together.
Will my photos be shared on your website or social media?
Only ever with your permission. I may ask if I can share images from your session for portfolio or promotional purposes, but this is always your choice. If you prefer to keep your gallery private, I will absolutely respect that. This is discussed during the booking process so there are no surprises.
Do you edit all of the photos, and can I have the unedited files?
Every image in your gallery is carefully edited before delivery. Unedited or RAW files are not included or available for purchase, as the editing process is a core part of the work and the final product. What you receive is a thoughtfully curated and finished gallery that reflects the full quality of the session.
